They released their debut album "Babylon" in 1997, which included the song of the same name that became one of their most recognized tracks.

The song "Babylon" faced censorship in certain countries due to its commentary on war and conflict. This didn't stop them from continuing to explore different directions in their music, as heard on later albums like "Salam" from 2000 and "Le Chant du Monde" from 2007.
