Feeler

Feeler formed in Sydney in 1999 with James Walsh on vocals, Mick Westaway on guitar, Hamish Rosser on bass, and Darren Dowler on drums. They put out their first album, 'Hope and Despair,' in 2002. The band kept that lineup steady for years.

Their song 'Broken Waves' became a notable single for them. They released several albums after their debut, including 'Communion' in 2004 and 'The Wilderness' in 2007. Later records like 'The Great Escape' and 'At Sea' came out in the 2010s.

Feeler's music often dealt with introspective themes. They developed a following in Australia's indie rock scene, where their sound found an audience looking for something less polished than mainstream offerings at the time.
