Fehr Rivas

Fehr Rivas formed in Buenos Aires in 2004, a duo made up of Fabricio Rivas and Martín Fehr. They started playing small venues around the city, building things up slowly. In 2010, they released an album called "Buenos Tiempos," and the title track became their first real hit.

That song, along with others like "Cuando Baja la Marea" and "El Lujo de Soñar," helped define their sound, a kind of melodic pop with lyrics that often leaned toward nostalgia. They kept releasing music through the 2010s, putting out albums like "El Milagro del Sur" in 2013 and "Eclipse" in 2016.

Their work found an audience that connected with its straightforward emotional pull, even as some critics found it too sentimental. They recorded for the independent label Pelo Music.
