Felipe Martini formed his band in 2014 with guitarist Pedro Henrique, bassist André Menezes, and drummer Gustavo Souza. Their sound drew from Brazilian MPB and rock, though the specifics of those influences aren't well documented.
In 2016, the band released "Olha o Céu," which became their breakthrough single. The song's popularity led to their debut album "Simplesmente" in 2017. Drummer Gustavo Souza left the band in 2019, which was followed by a brief hiatus.
The band returned in 2020 with new members Bruno Prado on drums and Leo Fernandes on bass, releasing their second album "Para Sempre." The lineup has remained stable since then, with Martini on vocals and guitar alongside Pedro Henrique, Fernandes, and Prado.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
