Fernando Lelis

Fernando Lelis is a Brazilian singer-songwriter from São Paulo who started writing and performing as a teenager. His 2006 song 'Par de Alianças' became an instant hit in Brazil, with its romantic lyrics and catchy melody connecting with listeners and pushing him into wider recognition.

He followed that success with albums like 'Coração de Menino' in 2007 and 'Doce Veneno' in 2009. Other songs like 'Os Apaixonados,' 'Pecadora,' and 'Amor Que Coisa Linda' became part of his repertoire, often leaning toward romantic themes. He has performed with musicians including guitarist Paulinho Tarrafa and bassist Claudio Bass.

In 2011, Lelis faced plagiarism accusations regarding the song 'Não Desista de Mim,' though the charges were eventually dismissed. He kept recording and touring, putting out a live album that same year and more recently releasing 'Meu Último Romance' in 2022.
