Fetocide formed in 1992 in the United Kingdom with vocalist Paul Hampshire, guitarist Brian Goss, bassist Steve Douglas, and drummer Mark Thompson. Their debut album 'Ceremony of Delusion' came out in 1995, and that title track became something of an underground metal staple.
In 2001, Hampshire was arrested after performing the song 'God Defiler' at a concert, though the charges were later dropped. Other songs in their catalog include 'Faces,' 'Lies,' and 'Shedding Liquid Flesh.'
