Their self-titled debut album arrived the next year, featuring 'San Francisco Girls (Return Of The Native),' a track that caught some local attention with its folk-rock feel and hazy, psychedelic touches.
Spence left the band in 1969, replaced by Richard Bock. They put out a second album, 'Biggest Thing Since Colossus,' that same year. The band's run was fairly brief, wrapping up after a third album in 1970. Their sound was a product of its time and place, a straightforward mix of the folk and rock currents floating through late-60s San Francisco.
