Their self-titled debut album came out in 1998, anchored by the song "Fevereiro." That track's atmospheric guitar work and Fonseca's vocals gave the band an early signature. They followed it with "Estrela Guia" in 2000, which some found too somber or politically charged, though others appreciated its directness.
