Fight Back formed in Leicester in 1983 with vocalist "Psycho" Neil, guitarist "Fudge" Bradley, bassist "Pig" Lee, and drummer "Sausage" Shaun. Their debut album "Fight Back Punk" came out in 1985, followed by records like "Hogwash" in 1986 and "Death or Glory" in 1987.
Their most well-known track is "Coming Together 'Coz Fucking Clever," which appeared on their 1989 album of the same name. The song took aim at Thatcher-era policies and became something of a rallying point in the punk scene. Fight Back broke up in 1993, but that 1989 song still gets played.
