Fixion formed in Buenos Aires around 2004, with Diego Demarco on vocals, Guillermo Porro on guitar, Bruno Moreno on bass, and Franco Rivero on drums. Their debut album 'Navegación a Ciegas' came out in 2008 and included the track 'Ciudad Perdida', which became a national hit in Argentina. The band's sound pulled from rock, grunge, and post-punk influences.
In 2015, Demarco left the group due to health issues, and Fixion went on hiatus. They returned in 2017 with a new vocalist, Alejo Castillo. The lineup of Castillo, Porro, Moreno, and Rivero has since released albums like 'Sueños Nocturnos' in 2019. Other songs in their catalog include 'Dos Veces', 'Noches En Blanco', and 'Traición Y Azar'.
