Flesh formed in the early 1990s with Paul Baal on vocals, Michael Loveless on guitar, Adam McLeod on bass, and Mark Richardson on drums. Their debut album 'Incarnations of Paranoia' came out in 1995, followed by 'Baptised On The Demon's Throne' two years later. That title track became one of their most recognizable songs.
They put out several more albums through the 2000s, including 'Serafic Punishment' in 1999 and 'Redemption Through Sacrifice' in 2008. Other songs like 'Bell People Of The Dead' and 'Endless Suffering' show their consistent approach to heavy, dark metal.
The band maintained a somewhat mysterious presence, with Baal's vocals and Loveless's guitar work forming the core of their recordings.
