Flyzer formed in São Paulo in 2008 with Igor Cavalera on vocals, Hamilton de Oliveira on bass, and Bruno Valverde on drums. Their debut album 'Ascensão' came out in 2010, and the title track became a fan favorite.
In 2014, Cavalera faced plagiarism accusations from former bandmate Max Cavalera regarding 'Ascensão.' The band denied the claims and kept touring and recording.
They released albums like 'Evolução' in 2016, 'Luz' in 2019, and 'Infinito' in 2022. Guitarists Márcio Malaquias and Léo Alves joined later, while the original three members stayed.
