FNS

FNS formed in Lisbon in the early 2000s around Fernando Lameirinhas on vocals and guitar, Nuno Rafael on bass, and Salvador Sobral on drums. They put out their first album in 2005, simply called "FNS." The band has worked with other Portuguese artists like Mariza, and their songs include "Acalanto," "Perna no Mundo," and "Poema de Metrô." They released albums in 2008, 2011, and 2017, each with its own title and focus. Their music tends to be melodic and introspective, with lyrics that touch on personal and sometimes social themes. They've had some legal issues over song rights, but kept making music through it.
