Fog

Fog came out of Seattle in the early 90s, around the time the grunge scene was happening. Their first album was called 'Lucifer's Lament.' The band had a singer named Dante, and they built a following with songs that felt raw and a bit haunted.

They're probably best known for '88,' a single that got a lot of attention. It had a steady, hypnotic rhythm and lyrics people talked about. Other songs like 'Am I Worthy?' and 'Children To The Wolves' show the same kind of mood, introspective, dealing with darker feelings without being overly dramatic.

Their music wasn't flashy. It worked with simple, evocative melodies and lyrics that felt personal. They put out more albums after that first one, but '88' is the track that stuck around. It's the one most people remember when they hear the name Fog.
