Franky Lee

Franky Lee is a band that formed around Frank Lee on vocals, Jack Carter on guitar, and Sam Dunn on bass. Their debut album 'Admit Defeat' gave them an early foothold with its title track, which became one of their better-known songs along with 'Angles' and 'Cold Eyes'.

They've kept the same lineup for most of their work, with Lee writing the lyrics and Carter handling guitar arrangements. Their sound has shifted from the rougher edges of that first album to something more layered on later records like 'The Great Escape' and 'The House of Noise'.
