Met bossevrouwtjes om en om

De hazefluit van rom bom bom
In 't knollen groene landje
De kwaker tettert bovenal
De worm houdt aalmoes handje
De vreugde is alom gerept
Doch het is de vroege bode
Want daar schuift huichelachtig zacht
De loopman klaar te doden
Tadroen, tadroen, de poefer komt
Rat, wen je wijs, kolere
't Wordt barre beef en pleiterik
't Is striem en val bezeren
't Is alom rep wat 't beeld nu biedt
Pief pa vermeent den slachter
't Is knuffel die het haasje wordt
't Hagelt hem in 't achter
De poefman ziet geen prooi op 't oog
De ruikslaaf woef gesnuffel
En na een konde merkt weldra
De vadsigaard de knuffel
Hij loopt in 't tandvlees d'arme kou
Die bungelt onder 't kwijl
De slijper zet het mes op scherp
En schicht de kleine bijl
De woever is nu horensdol
De loopman zwaait een schichter
