Archive material and source history
Fredy Miller was an American singer and songwriter who worked in Christian music. He formed his first band, The Gospelaires, with his brother and cousin when he was 15. In 1973, he released his debut album 'Maranata,' and the title track became one of his best-known songs.
Miller's music often dealt with themes of prophecy and end-time events, which sometimes drew criticism. He was diagnosed with cancer in 1978 but continued writing and performing. His other songs include 'Relacionamento' and 'Alegria Eterna.'
He released several albums through the late 1970s and early 1980s, including 'Second Coming' in 1975 and 'The Return of Jesus Christ' in 1982.
