Fronda was a Swedish musical collective that formed in the early 1980s. They came together in Husby, a working-class district of Stockholm, with founding members including Thomas Wiehe, Anita Lindblom, and Staffan Johansson. Their debut album, simply titled 'Fronda', came out in 1981.
Their 1983 album 'Det är Inte över än' gave them their most recognizable song, which shares the album's title. Other tracks like 'En Gräslig Situation' and 'En Spark I Ansiktet' show their direct, confrontational approach. The lyrics, often written by Wiehe, dealt with social and political themes.
