The original lineup included Xosé Lois Romero on vocals and percussion, Guillerme Fernández on guitar and vocals, Xosé Luís Rivas on accordion and keyboards, and Marcos Teira on bass. Later members like Noemí Seoane, Iago Fernández, and Rodrigo Romani joined over time.
Their debut album 'Navicularia' came out in 2005, mixing Galician folk with rock, jazz, and world music. They followed it with records like 'A Carolina' in 2009, 'Mar Aberto' in 2012, and 'Terra' in 2016. The song 'A Carolina' was inspired by a fishing boat sinking.
Some traditionalists have criticized their approach to Galician music, but the band has kept working with the material. Their setlist includes songs like 'Sementeira' and 'Cantiga de amigo' alongside 'A Carolina'.
