gestern waren es noch dreißig
morgen hör ich mit dem Rauchen einfach auf
das wird knüppelhart, das weiß ich

macht`s keinen Spaß, sich auszuruhn

liegen schwer im Bauch
Nach einem endlos langen Jahr
hab ich`s geschafft
doch irgendwie fühl ich mich dafür jetzt bestraft
denn seitdem ich nicht mehr rauche

drum entschließe ich mich, abzunehm
