Garden Of Delight

Garden of Delight formed in London in the early 2000s around vocalist Anya Celeste and guitarist Ethan Blackwood. They started playing in underground venues, developing a sound built on ethereal vocals and melancholic melodies that didn't fit neatly into mainstream categories at the time.

Their debut album 'Whispers of the Heart' came out in 2006, with 'Blessed Minutes' as the lead single. That song became their most recognizable track, though their catalog includes other distinctive pieces like 'Ceol Der Spriggan' and 'Der Kobold Tanzt'.

They kept releasing albums after that initial breakthrough, moving through different phases while maintaining that core atmospheric quality. The music drew both strong appreciation and some criticism for its introspective nature, but they generally stuck to their own approach rather than chasing trends.
