They started with a tribute to Bob Marley on their debut album "Tributo a Bob Marley," then developed their own style on later records like "Falange da Paz" and "Nação Zumbi."
Their lyrics often touched on social issues and marijuana use, which sometimes drew criticism and censorship attempts. The song "Tire o Narguile do Chão" came out in 2002 and became one of their most recognized tracks, with its reggae rhythm and themes about marginalized people. They've worked with other reggae musicians including Ziggy Marley and Stephen Marley.
