Giba Giba

Giba Giba is a Brazilian musical project led by Giba Carneiro, a classically trained musician. Their sound draws from bossa nova, samba, and folk music, creating something quieter and more introspective than much of Brazil's typically energetic output.

In 2014, their debut album featured the single "Outro Um," a delicate ballad that gained them wider attention. The song's haunting melody and reflective lyrics became a signature piece for the project.

Their work has included collaborations with artists like Rodrigo Amarante and Mallu Magalhães. While some critics have found their music too subdued, Carneiro has described it as an intentional counterpoint to modern noise.
