Giba e Nando started working together in the late 1990s. Their first album, 'Meu Sonho,' came out in 1999. They were known for romantic ballads like 'Eu Te Amo Eu Te Quero' and 'Quebrou o Nariz.'
They put out several albums in the early 2000s, including 'Amor Sem Fim' in 2001 and 'Apaixonado' in 2003. The duo split up around 2006 but got back together a few years later. In 2010 they released 'Nosso Amor' and went on tour again.
Giba's full name is Guilherme Rodrigues, and Nando is Fernando de Almeida. They wrote straightforward love songs that connected with people, without much fuss about genre or style.
