Givers formed in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2009. The band includes Taylor Guarisco on vocals and guitar, Tiffany Lamson on vocals and keyboards, Nick Stephan on guitar and vocals, Kirby Campbell on bass, and Will Anderson on drums.
They released their self-titled debut album in 2011, followed by 'In Light' in 2014 and 'Ties' in 2016. Their 2019 album 'New Kingdom' came before their 2023 release 'Atlantic', which shares its name with one of their songs.
Some of their other songs include 'Ceiling Of Plankton', 'I Saw You First', 'Meantime', and 'Ripe'. In 2013, they had a legal dispute with their former label that delayed their second album's release.
