Goldspot formed in 2004 around singer-songwriter Siddhartha Khosla, with guitarist Arish Bhimsaria, bassist Mandar Apte, and drummer Saurabh Roy. Their debut album 'Breakfast for Two' came out the following year, featuring the track 'Come Talk to Me' that got some attention.

They put out a second album called 'Good Cop Bad Cop' in 2011, and a third called 'Fuse' in 2013. Their last album was 'Good Luck' in 2016. Other songs in their catalog include 'Rewind' and 'Evergreen Cassette'.
