Grupo Bom Astral formed in Rio de Janeiro in 1988, started by three friends: Marcelo D2, Fred 04, and Pedro Luís. Their first album came out in 1993, called 'Somos Feitos Um Pro Outro,' which gave them a national hit with the title track.
Marcelo D2 left in 1995 to work on his own music, but Fred and Pedro Luís kept the band going. Some of their other songs include 'Existe Um Sentimento' and 'Tudo Pode Acontecer.'
