In 2001, they released the album 'Amor Me Diz,' featuring the song that shares its name. Other tracks in their catalog include 'Artilheiro do Amor,' 'Baladeiro de Plantão,' 'Calma, Relaxa,' and 'Deixa de Onda.' The group's core members have included Juscélio Santos on vocals, Marquinhos Pacote on bass, Branka Loureiro on saxophone, and Anderson Lima on keyboards.
In 2002, they faced plagiarism accusations regarding the melody of 'A Gente Fez Amor,' though these were eventually dismissed. They marked their first decade with the compilation '10 Anos de Kybatuki' in 2003, and released another hits collection, 'O Melhor de Kybatuki,' in 2007.
