The band included Naldo Benny on vocals, Marcelo Rodrigues on drums, Wallace Vianna on guitar, and Cristiano Silva on bass.
They put out their first album, also called 'Fiel a Batucada,' in 2005. Later records like 'Ritmo Brabo' and 'Samba, Batucada e Pagode' kept the same upbeat, percussive feel. At one point, the group faced accusations of plagiarism over 'Fiel a Batucada,' which they denied.
