Grupo Um Q de Saudade formed after the death of their friend Elmano Santos, with Juninho and Mauro among the musicians who started playing together to remember him. They found their singer Kleo Dibah after struggling to replace their original vocalist, and her voice gave their music a different quality.
Their 1996 debut album 'Sonhar Contigo' included the song 'Que Mania,' which became a hit in Brazil. The group released two more albums in the late 1990s and early 2000s, sticking mostly to romantic ballads built around harmonies and lyrics about missing someone.
