Guajiros formed in Havana during the 1990s. Their debut album 'Nostalgia' came out in 1995, and they built a reputation for energetic live shows. The vocalist and composer for the band in those early years was Issac Delgado.
Their song 'Bonita' became particularly well-known, a track that would later get its own album release in 2012. They followed their debut with another album, 'Lo Malo Se Va Bailando,' in 1998.
Delgado left the group in 2003 to work on his own music. The other members kept going with a new singer, continuing to tour and put out records like 'El Baile Continúa' in 2008. Their catalog also includes the song 'Veo Veo.'
