Gun Achi is an alternative rock band that formed in Los Angeles in the early 2000s. The group started when Jake Hanson and Emily Carter met at a local open mic night. They eventually recorded their debut album 'The Edge of the World' in 2010.
In 2010, the band released the single 'I Believe True Love Exists,' which became their most recognizable song. They've since put out several albums including 'The Alchemy of Love' in 2013 and 'Echoes of the Future' in 2019. Another track, 'Kwahm Lup Nai Jai,' features a guest appearance from Amp.
Around 2015, drummer Ethan Hayes had to step back from the band due to health issues, with keyboardist Sophia Lee filling in temporarily. The group has continued recording and performing since then.
