Stand On The Ground

The clock strikes half past nine

The rain storms loud

And it's time to freak out about now

Wear that black cardigan

Run out the door

And again I live and face the world

I have over slept

Like I didn't feel too well last night

I close my eyes and I remember

The times life was much more simpler

With friends around

We'd chat 'til break of dawn
