Halcali was a Japanese pop duo made up of vocalist Halko Momoi and DJ Kaoru. They put out their first album, 'Halcali Bacon,' in 2002. Songs like 'Pisudori' and 'Giri Giri Saafu Raidaa' had a playful, electronic sound that caught on.
In 2003, they released 'Long Kiss Good Bye,' which became one of their better-known tracks. They kept making music through albums like 'Strawberry Chips' and 'Circulation.' The duo went on an indefinite hiatus in 2013.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
