Harmony (Chile)

Harmony formed in Chile in the late 1990s when guitarist Matías Vega and bassist Alejandro Silva started playing together. They built a following through local gigs and released their first album, 'Espíritu Libre,' in 2004. A few years later, their song 'Braveheart' became particularly well-known.

Their music often dealt with social and political themes, which sometimes drew criticism. The band kept recording through the 2000s and 2010s, putting out albums like 'Vientos de Guerra' in 2007 and 'Valparaíso' in 2015. Other songs in their catalog include 'Far Away,' 'Love Me Again,' and 'The Price Of Trust.'

Vega and Silva remained the consistent members, with others like drummer Fernando Muñoz and guitarist Camilo Salinas joining at different points. They were part of Chile's rock scene for over fifteen years, playing the kind of music that connected with people looking for something straightforward and direct.
