HatePlow formed in 1991 with Drew Blood as frontman. Their songs like "Ass To Mouth" and "$20.000 Blowjob" drew attention for explicit lyrics that often dealt with graphic sexual themes and violence. The band's debut album was called "Total Hate."
In 1995, a festival performance in Germany was reportedly interrupted by police. The lineup included guitarist Chad "Satan" Smotherman, bassist "Ripper" Roddy, and drummer "Nekro" Nick, though members changed over time.
HatePlow hasn't been active much in recent years. Blood has worked on solo material while other members moved to different projects.
