Heber Campos was born in Ipatinga, Brazil in 1975. He started performing professionally in the mid-1990s, and his 2002 debut album 'Um Sonho Real' included the song 'Mãe' that became widely known in Brazil. The album also featured 'Amor Que Me Constrange' and 'Augusta Rainha'.
His music draws from samba, bossa nova, and gospel traditions. He performs with a band that includes guitarist Marcelo Moreira, bassist Wellington Andrade, drummer André Andrade, and keyboardist Ricardo Gonçalves.
Other songs like 'No Comando Deus Está,' 'Mais Que Vencedor,' and 'Na Corrida Pela Vida' appear in his catalog. He released albums including 'Sei Lá' in 2004, 'Tempo de Vencer' in 2006, and several live and studio recordings through 2018.
