Hell Chaser came up in the early 2000s from the underground metal scene. The band's founding lineup included vocalist Damien Croft, guitarist Aidan Lynch, bassist Ethan Walker, and drummer Samuel Thorne. They built a cult following with a raw sound that pulled from death metal and doom.
Their 2006 album 'A Sacrifice for Dagon' became a touchstone for their macabre themes.
After that, Hell Chaser kept recording, with later albums like 'Gates of' continuing in a similar vein. Their music stayed focused on dark, occult-inspired territory without much commercial compromise.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
