Help formed in Reykjavik around the late 1990s, with Hrím and his sister Jelena at the center. Their first album, 'In the Sighing Wind,' came out in 2002. The song 'You Are Falling' is probably their best-known track.
Jelena left the band in 2004. After that, Hrím kept making music under the Help name, putting out albums like 'Small Hours' in 2005 and 'The Shadows and the Sun' in 2009. Their sound has often been described as dreamy or ethereal.
