Henrrique Vieira

Henrique Vieira came up in Rio de Janeiro's Vila Mimosa neighborhood. He started his first band, Os Inocentes, when he was 14. In 2011, he formed a group under his own name, aiming to mix traditional Brazilian samba and funk with electronic touches. That's when they wrote 'Soy Loco,' the song that would define his career.

The track became a global hit, topping charts in multiple countries. In 2015, Vieira faced plagiarism accusations over 'Soy Loco,' though they were eventually dismissed. His personal life, including struggles with addiction, became regular tabloid fodder.

He kept releasing music after that, putting out albums like 'Loco de Amor' in 2015 and 'Vem Dançar' in 2018. His band's lineup shifted over time, with members like percussionist Wellington do Pandeiro and guitarist Diego Guedes contributing to the sound. The music stayed rooted in those Brazilian rhythms, even as it evolved.
