Hermano Juanito is a Spanish band formed in the early 2000s, consisting of three siblings: Juanito Makandé on vocals and guitar, Arturo Makandé on bass and vocals, and Pablo Makandé on drums and vocals. Their debut album 'Un Lugar Mejor' came out in 2002, followed by 'Algo Que Decir' in 2004 and 'El Tiempo de las Cerezas' in 2008.
Their song 'En la Inmensidad' became their most recognizable work. In 2006, there were some plagiarism allegations about that song, though nothing was ever substantiated.
Their music has folk, pop, and rock elements. The family connection between the members gives their work a particular closeness.
