In 2019, their song "Me Ganan las Ganas" with Xitlali Sarmiento became a hit. The band had to change their name to Los Vega Jr for a while during a legal dispute over the name, but they got it back.
Their first album was called "Sabor a Tierra Caliente." Later releases included "Los Vega Jr" and "Los Líderes del Regional Mexicano."
