Herrados formed in Porto Alegre in 2004 with Pedro Lucas on vocals, Marcelo Gross on guitar, Leandro Pereira on bass, and Rafael Gonçalves on drums. Their debut album came out the following year, and the song 'Eu Aqui, Você Aí' from that record became their most recognizable track.
That song was at the center of a legal dispute in 2007 over rights, which created some difficulties for the band during what should have been a straightforward period of growth.
The lineup shifted some over time, with guitarist Ricardo Ramos and keyboardist Rodrigo Righi joining the group at different points. Their later work includes the 2018 album 'Um Mundo de Possibilidades.' Other songs in their catalog include 'Herói,' 'Herrar É Umano?,' 'Onde Ela Está?,' and 'Aos 15 Anos.'
