Hi-Hats were a rock band that came up in the 1980s. Their song "Anne" came out in 1982 and got some attention. They also had tracks like "Mais Uma Vida Perdida" and "Tardes Vazias."
They put out a few albums in the mid-to-late eighties, including Follow the Sun in 1984 and The Edge of Time in 1986. The band's lineup had Alex Turner on vocals and guitar, Jack White on bass, Meg White on drums, and Nick O'Malley on keyboards.
Some critics gave them a hard time about their sound, but they kept playing and recording. Their last album was called Last Days of the Empire, released in 1988.
