Higor Alexandre and Hugo Henrique started making music together in 2018, drawn to the sertanejo style from Brazil's rural areas. They played local festivals and events, building a following before their debut single 'Bandido Coração' caught on nationally. That song, along with others like 'Jerry' and 'Quem Nao Te Quer Sou Eu,' helped define their sound.

Their music connected with listeners in Brazil's heartland, and fans began calling themselves 'Bandidinhos.' The duo has continued to release songs, including 'Vacilou, dançou!' and 'A Gente Não Tem Culpa de Se Amar,' maintaining their presence in the sertanejo scene without the dramatic industry narratives sometimes attached to newer acts.

In 2020, they faced plagiarism allegations over the song 'Só Não Deixa Eu Te Amar,' which they denied. Their occasional comments on social and political topics have also drawn some attention, but these moments haven't overshadowed the straightforward appeal of their recordings.
