Holly Palmer came out of Manchester in the early 2010s, singing and playing guitar with a band that included Alex White on guitar, Sam Wilkinson on bass, and Tom Edwards on drums. They put out their first album 'I Am' in 2014, which had a song called 'I Will' on it. A couple years later they released 'Free' in 2016, then 'Wild' in 2018.
Some of her songs have titles like 'Fourteen Year Old Moment,' 'Lickerish Man,' and 'Oxblood 2x4s.' There was some noise in 2017 about 'I Will' and plagiarism claims, but that got dismissed. The band has done some charity work around mental health and LGBTQ+ rights.
