Honeyz was a British-American R&B girl group that formed in 1998. Their debut single "Everybody's Free (To Feel Good)" became a chart-topper, launching them into the late 1990s pop landscape. The original lineup included American singer CeCe Peniston alongside British vocalists Naima Belkhiati and Celena Cherry.
Peniston left the group in 2000, leaving Belkhiati and Cherry to continue as a duo. They released three studio albums: "Honeyz" in 1998, "On and On" in 2000, and a compilation called "Best of Honeyz: The Platinum Collection" in 2003. Songs like "Somebody To Love Me" and "End Of The Line" became their most recognizable tracks.
After their final album in 2003, Honeyz disbanded. Belkhiati went on to pursue solo work while Cherry stepped away from music. Their time together was relatively brief, but songs like "What Does She Look Like?" and "Finally Found" still surface in playlists from that era.
