Ghost

I woke up in a ferver

Asleep with the lights again

Outside too dark to see shadows

But I could still hear them

You asked me what was the matter

I said its time to go outside

I hear ghosts passin' over

You said baby we better walk

We took a walk in the forest

Downed a bottle for safety

I thought I saw one to the left of me

You said no baby that's a tree

Your face it glowed in the moonlight

Your eyes got lit by the moonlight

And it came from the dark

In a transparent glow

And the seas could be heard

In their footsteps of old

And they only asked as for a chance to talk

And you said baby we gotta walk
