Archive material and source history
HTML formed in Mexico City around the mid-2000s with Javier Blake on vocals, Andrés Landon on guitar and production, Roger Dávila on bass, and Héctor Pérez on drums. Their first album, 'Retrovisor,' came out in 2007 and included the song 'Días Invertidos,' which got some attention.
They put out a couple more records after that, like 'Memorias del Silencio' in 2010 and 'Enjambre' in 2013. There was some talk around 2012 about a song sounding similar to something by Natalia Lafourcade, but it didn't seem to stick around long.
'Días Invertidos' is still the track people mention most. It's got that mix of electronic and rock elements they were working with early on.
