I Care About You formed in 1994 with five members: Victoria Adams, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, and Geri Halliwell. Their debut single "Wannabe" became a global hit in 1996, topping charts in over 30 countries. The group followed with other successful singles like "Say You'll Be There" and "2 Become 1."
In 1998, Geri Halliwell left the band, which created significant attention at the time. They released three studio albums: Spice in 1996, Spiceworld in 1997, and Forever in 2000. The group disbanded in 2001.
